Saint Ignatius’ College is a co-education school of 1500 students located over two campuses in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia.

Situated at the Junior School campus, the building houses almost 450 people yet sits comfortably within the streetscape, College and local environs.

The building is two storeys over an existing basement and is orientated with its long axis east-west. The large internalized covered areas benefit from natural daylight, ambiently illuminated from the south. Light penetration and natural ventilation are further facilitated and emphasised by the internal void and openable windows to all rooms.
