Originally constructed in 1901 and the home ground of the Norwood Football Club, the Norwood Oval is a significant element in the rich history and urban fabric of Norwood.

The Norwood Oval Redevelopment consists of a major refurbishment to the entire complex and included the introduction of a new two-story community centre with bars, function areas and a commercial kitchen.

This major upgrade has brought the existing buildings and site into current compliance and provided facilities required to satisfy the requirements of the AFL, SANFL and SANFLW.
