The building features six 3-storey Torrens Titled row houses that incorporate living spaces on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground and top floor.

The built form is a reinterpretation of the industrial architecture that was prevalent amongst Hindmarsh and Bowden. The predominate use of resilient building materials and a considered composition of mass to void ratios provide a contemporary interpretation of the existing building fabric of the area.
