The Tonsley Innovation Precinct is a 61-hectare site former car manufacturing plant acquired by the South Australian Government.

The master plan, implemented by Tridente Boyce with Woods Bagot, was developed to incorporate mixed zones for high value engineering, education, retail, commercial and residential and included the adaptive reuse of the 6-hectare car Manufacturing Assembly Building.
