195 Melbourne Street is a two-storey office building with an under croft located in North Adelaide, South Australia.

The scale of the built form respects both adjacent buildings with the impact of the apparent mass reduced by an applied timber screen layer. In conjunction with the retention of a large established Jacaranda tree, the screen provides solar protection from the prevailing northern sunlight. Straddling the site, car parking is concealed, with the under-croft entry visible but understated.
