T4 is a commercial facility located within South Australia’s Tonsley Innovation Precinct.

Housed beneath the refurbished frame of the former Mitsubishi car plant Main Assembly Building, T4 provides a contemporary addition to the historic context of the site.

Developed as a flexible building for the Urban Renewal Authority, it provides three distinguishable and adaptable commercial tenancies that are sensitively appropriate as a front entrance statement to the Precinct.

The built form is a series of interconnected volumes and roof forms, mitigating the expansive horizontal structure above. The result maximises the available space while providing an identity for the tenancy.
